Most construction defects — honeycombed columns, short reinforcement laps, weak concrete, out-of-plumb walls — are invisible by the time the owner notices them. Our supervision service places a qualified engineer at your site at every critical stage: layout marking, footing reinforcement checks before pour, column verticality, slab shuttering and rebar inspection, and finishing quality. Each visit is documented against IS-code-based checklists with geotagged photos. We coordinate cube tests, sieve analysis, and brick/steel testing through NABL-accredited labs, and verify each contractor RA bill against measured site progress before you release payment.
