Er. Mahendra Verma is a licensed civil engineering consultant and software technologist based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. With deep expertise across Chhattisgarh Town & Country Planning (TCP), Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC/Nagar Nigam) bylaws, and IS Code detailing, he personally leads project feasibility, structural approvals, and engineering audits.
Seeing how traditional construction workflows struggle with disconnected spreadsheets and manual billing disputes, Er. Mahendra Verma established Civil Limitless to fuse engineering accuracy with modern web applications and automated billing tools.
