Every layout is checked against NBC 2016 habitable-room, ventilation, and staircase norms as well as local municipal setback and FAR rules, so the design you fall in love with is also the design that gets sanctioned. Optional Vastu alignment (entrance orientation, kitchen and pooja placement, master bedroom zoning) is engineered without sacrificing light, ventilation, or structural economy.
