Billing keeps working on the device for the entries already loaded, and pending entries sync automatically the moment the connection returns. For counters where the connection is genuinely unreliable, we can add a local fallback so no sale is ever blocked by the network.
Yes. Item masters, customer lists, opening balances and opening stock are imported from Excel, Tally exports or your current software's backup. Historical bills can be imported too if you want the ledger history to carry across — tell us at the start, because it affects the migration plan.
